POTENCIALIZA takes your privacy and the security of your data very seriously.

In this sense, it prepared the present Privacy Policy, to affirm its commitment and respect for the rules of privacy and protection of personal data.

 

OBJECTIVE OF THE PRIVACY POLICY

The current Privacy Policy aims to inform the user about the general policy implemented by POTENCIALIZA in terms of protection of personal data collected and processed because of the use of the Services governed by the Terms and Conditions of Use mentioned above, in particular via third-party social network platforms (hereinafter referred to as “Platforms”), including all content, all services and all features accessed via this game and software application (hereinafter referred to collectively as “Services”).

By accessing and/or using the Services, you explicitly accept the terms of this Privacy Policy and, consequently, agree to the collection, retention, use and disclosure of your personal data as described herein.

You are informed that the Privacy Policy may be modified by POTENCIALIZA at any time. By continuing to use and/or access the Services after the last modified date of any changes, you will be deemed to have accepted these changes as modified.

At a minimum, such data will include your name, profile picture, gender, network(s), username, user identification numbers of your friends and/or people belonging to your network(s) and other information provided by you to all users of the Platforms. If applicable, POTENCIALIZA is also likely to collect, still through the Platforms, any additional data that you may agree to provide (for example, your email address). Given that all personal data is provided directly to POTENCIALIZA by the Platforms, you are deemed that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of use of the Platforms and their privacy policy. POTENCIALIZA shall not be held responsible for how the Platforms act in terms of collecting, storing, and processing your personal data. Furthermore, you are responsible for the privacy settings of your accounts on the Platforms, such that POTENCIALIZA cannot be held liable in this regard.

 

Data collected directly by POTENCIALIZA

Through the provision of its Services, POTENCIALIZA may also collect data directly from you. As such, when using certain features within the Services that require online payment, you agree that your bank details, email address and/or telephone number may be collected in accordance with current regulations. External Facebook platforms may be used to track traffic to and usage of the website. Content of HTTP requests and Facebook cookies may be shared.

POTENTIALIZA may communicate your data in application of a law, regulation or in compliance with a decision of an appropriate regulatory or legal authority or, if necessary, in order to safeguard your rights and interests;

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, when using certain POTENCIALIZA Services through the Platforms, other users of these Services may view your user profile for these Platforms. This profile may allow other users to obtain information associated with this profile made public by the user. POTENCIALIZA cannot be held responsible in this respect. The settings of the information associated with your profile are your responsibility. POTENCIALIZA does not share your personal data with third party advertisers for marketing purposes unless you have given your prior consent to do so. However, please note that advertisers may obtain personal data relating to you from your user profile on the Platforms or from other public sources. Likewise, POTENCIALIZA shall not be held liable in this regard. PRIVACY POLICY FOR CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE

The Services offered by POTENCIALIZA are not intended for children under 13 years of age. Anyone under the age of 13 should not use the Services.

Therefore, POTENCIALIZA does not voluntarily collect personal data from children under the age of 13. Even so, if the collection of such data is brought to POTENTIALIZA’s attention, we will take all possible useful measures to delete the corresponding data.
